She started catering for her extended family and friends over 20 years ago. Her catering expanded when she later served as a volunteer food service director for her church, where she cooked and coordinated food service events for the church.
As a busy career woman, wife and mother of two very active children, she managed to juggle homemaking, work and school activities successfully. However, home-cooked meals were not always possible,therefore, fast-food often became a part of the family meals. As a result, she fully understands the need for home-cooked meals for persons with a busy schedule. One of her goals in opening her own restaurant was to provide home-cooked meals as an alternative to fast-foods for busy families and individuals on the go.
She also wanted to provide a "Home away from Home" atmosphere for empty nesters, where they can enjoy great meals without the fuss of preparing it themselves.
She absolutely loves to cook and create tasty dishes for people to enjoy!
